Job Title - Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud - Global HR and Workforce Compensation Functional Lead

Experience - 7 – 10 Years

Location - PAN India

Notice - Immediate Joiner

Requirements:-

- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Global HR and Workforce Compensation. Proven experience leading end-to-end HCM implementations and governing functional design, configuration, testing, migration, cutover, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of workforce structures, employment lifecycle, compensation plan design, eligibility, budgets, guidelines, worksheets, approvals, and statements.
- Robust knowledge of Oracle HCM Fast Formula, including formula design, validation, troubleshooting, and application across Global HR and Workforce Compensation processes.
- Knowledge of HDL,



HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM security, approvals, and Oracle Integration Cloud touchpoints.
- Ability to govern cross-module solutions, resolve design issues, manage dependencies, and drive stakeholder decisions.
- Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, and executive communication skills.
- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification and multi-country implementation experience are preferred.
