Location Across India: Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days a week from office

Role Description : This is a full-time Oracle EPM EDMCS role .The role involves designing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle EPM EDMCS applications, including data models, hierarchies, mappings, and integrations with other Oracle and non-Oracle systems. The professional will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, optimize data governance processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, managing metadata changes, supporting upgrades and patches, and preparing documentation and user guides.

The role also includes partnering with consulting and functional teams to ensure alignment between business processes and Oracle applications, and providing end-user training and support.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of business processes and experience aligning Oracle EPM EDMCS configurations with organizational workflows.
- Background in consulting or client-facing roles, with the ability to gather requirements, propose solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with Oracle HR or related Oracle functional modules,



and understanding of how HR data and structures integrate with EPM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications, particularly Oracle EPM suite and EDMCS, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- Skills in integration, including designing and maintaining data flows between Oracle EPM EDMCS and other enterprise systems or data sources.
- Proficiency in SQL, data management, and basic scripting or automation tools relevant to Oracle EPM environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy and governance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, hybrid teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Oracle EPM or related certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in Oracle EPM/EDMCS implementation or support projects is highly beneficial.

Oracle EPM – EDMCS Solution Architect (DRM to EDMCS Migration)

1. Architect and lead end-to-end Oracle EDMCS implementations, owning application, dimension, node type and viewpoint design.
2. Lead the migration of legacy Oracle DRM applications to EDMCS — artifact assessment, hierarchy/property export-transform-import, mock conversions and cutover.
3. Re-express DRM custom validations, action scripts and derived properties using native EDMCS capabilities, agreeing treatment with the business where no equivalent exists.
4. Design data governance — request workflows, approval policies, subscriptions, node type converters and dimension-level security.
5. Build integrations to Oracle GL Cloud, FCCS, EPBCS, PCMCS and non-Oracle systems using out-of-the-box adaptors, flat files, EPM Automate and REST APIs.
6. 10-15 years of experience in Oracle EDMCS with at least two full-lifecycle EDMCS implementations as architect or lead.
