Trill Route School of Contemporary Music is a premium contemporary music school in Bengaluru, offering structured music programs with a strong focus on student experience, professionalism, and consistency.

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a strong execution mindset who can manage daily centre operations with structure, accountability, and consistency in a people-centric, education-focused environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Staff Discipline & Coordination

- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct across teams
- Address late coming, absenteeism, and non-compliance promptly
- Coordinate closely with teachers, admissions, interns, and support staff
- Ensure clear communication and accountability across the centre

Student Experience & Reviews

- Ensure a smooth, professional experience for students and parents
- Handle on-ground concerns calmly and resolve issues before escalation
- Support collection of student and parent feedback/reviews
- Ensure consistently positive sentiment and learning continuity

Revenue & Follow-ups

- Support and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Track renewals and pending payments and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate fee collection in line with centre policies




- Step in for admissions or renewal follow-ups if the counsellor is unavailable

Facilities & Infrastructure

- Ensure classrooms and common areas are clean and ready at all times
- Oversee housekeeping schedules and hygiene quality checks
- Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and inventory requirements

Brand Representation

- Represent Trill Route professionally in all on-ground interactions
- Handle parent conversations confidently and respectfully
- Uphold the school’s reputation through consistent service and discipline

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 4 to 8 years of experience in operations, corporate roles, education, training centres, hospitality or service businesses
- Prior exposure to structured or corporate work environments
- Comfortable managing people, schedules, and real-time issues
- Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills

WORK DETAILS

- Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru
- 6-day work week (weekends are working days; weekly off on a weekday)
- Flexible / extended hours during peak operations and events
- Fast-paced, people-centric workplace
