About Miror and the role
Miror is a Bengaluru-based D2C women's wellness brand focused on perimenopause and menopause health. We sell clinically informed nutraceuticals, run doctor consultations, and are building an HRT Excellence Center.
We are looking for a hands-on operations generalist who can run vendors, procurement, supply chain and e-commerce fulfilment, and set up the processes that keep them running. You take ownership, work across teams, and are quick to pick up new tools.
Key responsibilitiesVendor management and procurement
Source, onboard and manage vendors: manufacturers, packaging, labs, logistics and service providers
Run procurement end to end: RFQs, quotes, POs, payments follow-up and GRN
Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts; draft and review SLAs and agreements
Track vendor performance on quality, cost and timelines; escalate and resolve issues
Supply chain and e-commerce operations
Plan inventory and reorders so products are never out of stock or near expiry
Manage order processing, warehousing, courier partners, returns and RTO
Monitor marketplace and website orders, delivery TAT and fulfilment SLAs
Process set-up and SLAs
Map current processes, find gaps, and write simple SOPs and checklists
Define SLAs with internal teams and vendors, and track them weekly
Set up trackers, dashboards and MIS reports for leadership
Team bridging
Act as the link between marketing, tech, customer support, finance and external partners
Run regular ops reviews and make sure handoffs between teams do not drop
Ownership
Pick up recent operational areas as the business grows, including compliance support and launches
Own outcomes, not just tasks: follow through until issues are closed
What success looks likeFirst 90 days
Knows every active vendor, contract and SLA, and has them in one tracker
Inventory and order dashboards live and reviewed weekly
SOPs written for procurement, order fulfilment and returns
First year
Better vendor pricing or terms on key contracts
Fewer stock-outs, faster delivery TAT and lower RTO
Teams rely on ops as the single point for cross-team issues
Must-have
6–7 years in operations, with hands-on vendor management and procurement Experience in supply chain and e-commerce operations (D2C, marketplace or quick commerce)
Has negotiated contracts and set SLAs with vendors
Has set up processes and SOPs from scratch
Tech savvy: strong in Excel or Google Sheets, comfortable with order management, inventory and automation tools
Team player who works well across functions
Takes ownership and is eager to learn current areas
Graduate; MBA or supply chain qualification is a plus
Good to have
Experience in nutraceuticals, FMCG, health or wellness
Exposure to FSSAI or other regulatory processes
Familiarity with Shopify, Unicommerce, Shiprocket or similar tools
Kannada or Hindi in addition to English
