Strong experience in F&B; operations Proven experience managing restaurants, bars and banquet/event spaces Hands-on experience in day-to-day operations and team management Strong understanding of guest experience, service standards, staffing and cost control Ability to manage multiple outlets / operations efficiently Robust leadership and problem-solving skills Must have prior work experience in Mumbai This is a hands-on operational role for someone who understands the realities of running high-volume F&B; and event operations.
