Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring that processes run efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Operations

Manager will coordinate workflows across departments, manage resource allocation, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and service quality.

Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, resolving operational issues,



supporting risk management and compliance efforts, and collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing operational data, and recommending changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational resilience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably in restaurants and hotels services or a related industry.
- Strong skills in process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and operational software; comfort with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
