Role Description The Operations Management Intern will support day-to-day operational activities, helping optimize processes and workflows across projects and internal teams. This internship role is on-site and located in Chennai, where the intern will assist with tracking project progress, preparing reports, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and documenting standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities include supporting resource planning, monitoring service delivery metrics, assisting with customer service coordination, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.



The intern will also help maintain data records, participate in team meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior operations and project managers. The intern will cross functionally coordinate between Management, HR Team, Admin team and external parties.
