Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. This role involves coordinating daily tour and travel operations, ensuring smooth execution of bookings, itineraries, and customer services across Rayna Tours’ offerings.

The Operations

Executive will liaise with internal teams, hotel partners,



transport providers, and other vendors to manage schedules, resolve issues, and maintain service quality and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, handling documentation, tracking bookings and inventory, and providing timely reports and updates to management. The role also requires responding to customer and partner inquiries, supporting process improvements, and contributing to efficient, cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience in coordinating and optimizing day-to-day processes.

- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers.

- Candidates should possess sound Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.

- Experience in travel, hospitality, or related service industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with booking systems or CRM tools.

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred, and the ability to work flexible schedule based on operational needs is an advantage.
