WE ARE HIRING: OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, HR, administration, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and operational performance reports.

- Oversee accounting records, reconciliations, and internal controls.

- Lead budgeting, financial projections, and budgetary control.

- Manage HR functions, including attendance, leave, recruitment, and performance monitoring.

- Oversee administration, procurement coordination, and daily operations.

- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding loans, credit facilities, and financial documentation.

- Conduct staff training on financial procedures,



internal controls, and organizational policies.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, including hands-on financial and management reporting.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree preferred.

- CA, ACCA, or CA Finalist with a Master's degree preferred.

- Robust knowledge of accounting, financial statements, budgeting, and internal controls.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

- Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
