Position: Sales Executive

Work Mode: Remote

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month, based on experience and performance

Working Days: 6 days/week

Weekly Off: Sunday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Break: 1 hour

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to individual candidates and job seekers
- Explain and pitch our AI-powered job platform and subscription
- Understand candidate requirements and explain how the platform can assist them in their job search
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into paid subscriptions
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with candidates
- Work closely with the Team Leader (TL) and follow the assigned process
- Be available on Google Meet during working hours for daily coordination, training and support
- Maintain quality standards in calling, communication and sales activities
- Maintain and update daily trackers using Excel/Google Sheets
- Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets

Candidate Requirements

- Strong English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory
- Good sales, convincing and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in Sales, Credit Card Sales, EdTech Sales, Tele-sales or Outbound Sales will be highly preferred
- Freshers with a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills can also apply
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Basic Excel and Google Sheets knowledge preferred




- Should be comfortable creating and updating daily trackers
- Technical/computer knowledge will be an added advantage
- Must be comfortable working remotely and communicating through Google Meet
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain a good working relationship with the TL and team

Work Requirements

- Own laptop is mandatory
- Own Wi-Fi/internet connection is mandatory
- Minimum 100 Mbps internet speed required
- Candidate should have a proper work environment suitable for outbound calling
- No leaves during the probationary period, except in genuine/emergency situations as approved by management
