We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Offline Marketing Executive to promote our dental clinic and increase patient footfall through offline marketing activities, dental awareness camps, and corporate and school partnerships.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, organizing dental camps, building relationships with organizations, and converting marketing opportunities into clinic appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Organize dental screening and awareness camps in IT companies, corporate offices, schools, colleges, and residential communities.
- Coordinate oral health awareness programs and dental talk shows.
- Approach HR teams, school management, corporate offices, and community associations to arrange dental camps.
- Generate patient leads through field marketing, referrals, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
- Develop partnerships with companies and institutions for regular dental check-up programs.
- Promote dental treatments such as aligners, braces, scaling, teeth whitening, and restorative treatments.
- Maintain daily reports of leads, appointments, camp activities, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly targets for camps, qualified leads, appointments, and patient conversions.

Salary & Incentives

Monthly fixed salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000, depending on experience.

Performance-based incentives:

- Dental camp organized: ₹500–₹1,000 per completed camp, subject to approval and minimum participation requirements.




- Qualified patient lead: ₹50–₹100 per lead that meets the clinic’s criteria.
- Successful patient conversion: ₹200–₹500 per converted patient, depending on the treatment and clinic policy.
- Corporate or school tie-up: Additional ₹1,000–₹3,000 for a successfully established partnership that generates business.
- Monthly target achievement: Additional bonus of ₹2,000–₹5,000 for achieving agreed monthly targets.

Incentives are subject to verified activity, patient attendance, agreed conversion criteria, and management approval. The clinic should define the rules clearly to avoid double counting.

Candidate Requirements

- Any degree preferred; candidates with marketing, sales, or business development experience are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, healthcare marketing, or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to approach corporate offices, schools, and other institutions.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai for field activities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of Tamil and basic English is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Working Conditions

- Full-time position.
- Weekly one-day off, as per the clinic’s schedule.
- Field visits across Chennai.
- Travel allowance or reimbursement as per company policy.
- Fixed salary plus uncapped performance incentives, subject to the incentive policy.
