Online Bidding Executive – Upwork & International Client Acquisition

We are looking for an Online Bidding Executive with experience in Upwork bidding, freelance platforms, and international client acquisition to find relevant projects, write customized proposals, and generate recent business opportunities for the company.

The role focuses on identifying projects that match our services, communicating with international clients, managing bidding activities, and converting project enquiries into qualified business opportunities. Candidates with practical experience in winning projects or generating qualified leads through freelance platforms are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Search for relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, People Per Hour, Guru, Contra, True lancer, Malt, Bark, and other freelance platforms
- Evaluate project requirements, budgets, client profiles, and project suitability before bidding
- Write and submit tailored proposals that clearly communicate the company's services, relevant experience, and value to potential clients
- Manage platform bidding credits efficiently, including Upwork Connects, Freelancer bids, and Bark credits
- Communicate professionally with international prospects and respond to project-related questions
- Follow up on submitted proposals, shortlisted projects, and ongoing client conversations
- Optimize company profiles, service listings, portfolios, and case studies to improve visibility and attract relevant project enquiries
- Track bidding activity, proposal responses, shortlisted opportunities, client meetings, and project conversions
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to understand project requirements, prepare proposals,



and confirm scope and pricing
- Identify promising project opportunities and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Online Bidding, Upwork Bidding, Freelance Platform Sales, Proposal Writing, or International Business Development is preferred.
