Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Neuro Physiotherapist role based in Vadodara.

The Neuro

Physiotherapist will assess and treat children and adults with neurological conditions affecting movement, balance, coordination, posture, and functional independence. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed physical and functional assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based neuro-rehabilitation interventions in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. The role involves monitoring progress, documenting clinical findings, educating clients and families on home exercise programs, and participating in case discussions and goal-setting.

Physiotherapist will also support program development,



contribute to quality improvement, and maintain a safe, inclusive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

- Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT), preferably with specialization or focused training in neurology or neuro-rehabilitation.
- Experience working with pediatric and adult clients with neurological, developmental, and movement disorders in clinical or rehabilitation settings.
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of neuro-physiotherapy techniques (e.g., balance training, gait training, motor relearning, posture correction, functional mobility).
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team that may include speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, special educators, and behavior therapists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and caregivers, including the ability to provide explicit education and guidance on exercises and therapy goals.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and maintaining accurate, ethical clinical documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a structured caseload and adapt to individual client needs.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and reports; familiarity with rehabilitation outcome measures is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a pediatric, neuro, or rehabilitation center is desirable; relevant certifications in neuro-physiotherapy or related courses are a plus.
