- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
- Manage firewall changes, security audits, and CAB-approved implementations.
- Support F5 and Azure load balancing solutions.
- Monitor and optimize network performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, VPN, and wireless issues.
- Implement network security controls and compliance requirements.
- Support Azure cloud networking and hybrid connectivity solutions.
- Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Handle P1/P2 incidents, root cause analysis, and problem management.
- Coordinate with cloud, security, server, and application teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational procedures.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
