Responsibilities

Network Engineer / Junior Network Engineer

- Install, configure, and maintain computer networks.
- Manage LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Configure IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, and basic network settings.
- Identify and resolve network-related technical problems.
- Maintain network documentation and configuration records.

IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer

- Install and configure computers, operating systems, and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to employees and customers.
- Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with system updates, antivirus protection, and data backups.
- Resolve day-to-day IT support requests.

Network Administrator / IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and network permissions.
- Support servers, firewalls, switches, and network devices.
- Monitor network security and system performance.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT service providers.

Network Technician / Technical Support Executive





- Assist with network cabling and installation.
- Configure basic routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices.
- Diagnose network connectivity problems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance.
- Maintain technical service reports and equipment records.
- Support network installation and maintenance activities.

Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for suitable positions.
- Qualification: Diploma in Computer Science / B.Sc. Computer Science / BCA / B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / ITI or relevant technical qualifications, depending on employer requirements.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with network configuration and troubleshooting tools.
- CCNA, CompTIA Network , or other networking certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network security is preferred for experienced roles.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server or Linux is an added advantage.
- Valuable analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to provide on-site or remote technical support based on employer requirements.
