We at Coforge are seeking a “Network Administrator" with experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) environments and enterprise network administration. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of network services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage enterprise network infrastructure from the NOC workplace.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches.
- Perform network monitoring, fault management, and incident resolution to meet SLAs.
- Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity issues.
- Monitor network health,



bandwidth utilization, and device performance.
- Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and routing protocols.
- Manage routing and switching infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Support implementation and maintenance of network security policies, ACLs, and VPN connectivity.
- Escalate complex network issues and coordinate with L2/L3 teams for resolution.
- Perform firmware upgrades, patch management, and configuration backups of network devices.
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure network availability, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Support 24x7 operations and respond to critical network incidents when required.
