PathMentor is looking for a passionate, creative, and self-driven Community Growth & Content Creation Intern who understands the NEET journey and can help us connect with NEET aspirants across India.

This role is perfect for someone who has experienced NEET preparation firsthand, understands the challenges students face, and wants to use their knowledge, creativity, and social media skills to help other aspirants succeed.

You’ll take ownership of our Telegram, Instagram, and YouTube platforms, create engaging content, connect with NEET students, and drive user acquisition to grow the PathMentor community.

Role: Community Growth & Content Creation Intern

Organization: PathMentor

Duration: 2 Months (Extension possible based on performance)

Work Mode: Remote

Compensation: Unpaid Internship

? What You’ll Do

- Community Growth & Student Onboarding

Connect directly with NEET aspirants through social media, student communities, and relevant online platforms.

Encourage NEET students to join and actively participate in the PathMentor community.

Develop creative strategies to attract new users and increase student registrations and onboarding.

Build genuine relationships with students, understand their challenges, and encourage them to engage with our platform.

Identify relevant student groups, communities, and opportunities to expand our reach.

Help create a supportive and engaging environment where NEET aspirants can learn and grow together.

- Social Media Management

Manage and grow PathMentor’s Instagram page, Telegram channel, and YouTube presence.

Plan and publish engaging content, including reels, shorts, posts, stories, polls, quizzes, and educational updates.

Create content around NEET preparation, study strategies, revision techniques, mock tests, motivation, and student experiences.

Maintain a consistent content calendar across all three platforms.

Experiment with different content formats and strategies to improve reach, engagement, and student acquisition.

- Video Creation & Editing

Create short-form educational and engaging videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Be comfortable recording videos with your face visible on camera.

Present ideas confidently and communicate with NEET aspirants in a relatable way.

Edit videos independently using mobile or desktop editing applications.

Add captions, subtitles, transitions, background music, and other elements to make videos engaging.

Transform NEET-related topics and student problems into relatable, shareable video content.





- AI-Powered Content Creation

Use AI tools to brainstorm content ideas, write scripts, generate captions, and plan campaigns.

Explore AI-powered tools to improve content quality, editing efficiency, and productivity.

Experiment with new tools and creative workflows to produce content faster and more effectively.

Verify AI-generated educational content for accuracy before publishing.

- Student Engagement & Retention

Keep the Telegram community active through daily updates, quizzes, polls, discussions, and motivational content.

Organize interactive sessions, student engagement activities, and community challenges.

Understand students’ preparation-related struggles and identify ways to keep them motivated.

Collect feedback from students and share valuable insights with the PathMentor team.

Help build a community that students find genuinely useful throughout their NEET preparation journey.

- Growth Strategy & Performance Tracking

Plan and execute growth campaigns from scratch.

Monitor daily and weekly metrics, including followers, subscribers, community members, engagement, and student onboarding.

Analyze content performance and identify what attracts and engages NEET aspirants.

Test new ideas, learn from results, and continuously improve growth strategies.

Take ownership of assigned goals and work independently without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

✅ Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

- NEET Preparation Experience — Mandatory

Must have prepared for NEET and have a genuine understanding of the NEET preparation journey.

Should understand common student challenges, preparation strategies, revision, mock tests, and exam-related stress.

Candidates who can relate to NEET aspirants through their own preparation experience are preferred.

- Android Smartphone — Mandatory

Must have access to an Android smartphone for recording videos, editing content, managing social media, and communicating with students.

Should be comfortable using mobile applications for content creation and daily work.

- Comfortable on Camera — Mandatory

Must be comfortable recording face-camera videos.

Should be able to explain ideas, share helpful information, and communicate naturally with NEET aspirants.

Prior experience creating videos is a plus, but confidence and willingness to learn are equally important.

- Video Editing Skills

Must know the basics of video editing.

Should be able to create engaging Reels and YouTube Shorts using mobile or desktop editing tools.

Knowledge of captions, subtitles, transitions, and short-form video formats is preferred.

- AI Tools & Technology





Must be comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, scripting, research, and productivity.

Should be willing to learn and experiment with new AI-powered tools.

- Social Media Knowledge

Must be familiar with Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube.

Should understand how social media content, communities, and engagement work.

Experience managing social media pages or creating content is an advantage.

- Communication & Growth Mindset

Must have good communication skills and the ability to connect with students.

Should be proactive, creative, and comfortable approaching and onboarding recent users.

Must be willing to experiment, take responsibility, and learn from feedback.

Should care about building a genuine student community rather than focusing only on follower counts.
