Role Description This is a full time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Delhi, India.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will conceptualize, design, and produce motion graphics and animated content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication.

Responsibilities include collaborating with social media strategists, copywriters, and designers to translate brand guidelines and campaign ideas into engaging visual stories. The role involves creating video assets,



editing and optimizing content for various platforms, maintaining design consistency across projects, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines. The designer will also contribute to brainstorming sessions, stay updated on motion design trends, and support the team in elevating the visual identity of multiple brands.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and social media content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including video editing, compositing, and basic sound integration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with proficiency in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator and AI tools.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing motion graphics and digital design work for brands or campaigns.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, collaborate effectively within a creative team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is an advantage.
- Should have good English speaking and comprehension skills.
