Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mobile Application Developer based in the Pune Division, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Mobile Application

Developer will design, build, and maintain mobile applications, primarily for Android and iOS platforms, ensuring performance, usability, and security standards are met. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code using object-oriented programming principles, integrating APIs and third-party services, and collaborating with designers, product owners, and marketing teams to align app features with brand and business goals. The role involves participating in code reviews, debugging and resolving issues, optimizing applications for different devices,



and contributing to technical documentation. The developer will also stay current with mobile technologies, frameworks, and best practices to recommend improvements and new features.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Mobile Application Development, with experience building and maintaining Mobile Applications for Android and/or iOS.
- Proficiency in Application Development using modern mobile frameworks and tools, with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Practical experience in iOS Development (Swift/Objective-C, Xcode, UIKit/SwiftUI) or equivalent Android experience (Kotlin/Java, Android Studio, Jetpack).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with backend services; familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to write clean, testable code; experience with unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and app store deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Good communication skills and openness to cross-functional collaboration with design, product, and marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with UI/UX principles, agile development methodologies, and previous work in a startup or digital agency environment is a plus.
