Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Flutter Engineer to architect, build, and scale high-performance mobile applications for Snabbit’s customer and professional apps.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable mobile architectures and build high-performance Flutter applications.
- Own features end-to-end, from system design and development to testing, release, and optimisation.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code using Flutter and Dart.
- Drive decisions around state management, navigation, networking, modularisation, and performance optimisation.
- Debug complex issues across mobile applications, APIs, SDKs, native layers, and backend integrations.
- Lead code reviews, establish engineering best practices,



and improve code quality and development velocity.

Requirements

- 6–8 years of software engineering experience, with solid hands-on experience in Flutter.
- Deep proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with experience shipping production-grade mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, system design, design patterns, and state management.
- Experience with networking, modularisation, performance optimisation, and scalable application design.
- Strong debugging skills across application, API, SDK, native, and backend layers.
- Excellent ownership, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
