Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage company data, prepare reports, maintain records, and support management in daily operational and project-related reporting. The candidate should have strong Excel skills, data management capabilities, and the ability to prepare accurate and timely reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage, update, and maintain data related to projects, employees, attendance, and operations.
- Create Excel reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and other relevant formulas.
- Consolidate data received from different departments and project sites.
- Prepare dashboards, summaries, and performance reports for management.
- Monitor data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation and organized records of all MIS reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Projects, and other departments for data collection and verification.
- Track project progress, resource utilization, and other operational data as required.
- Automate repetitive reports and improve reporting processes wherever possible.




- Ensure data confidentiality and submit reports within the prescribed timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream; preference for B.Com, BBA, BCA, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Practical experience with Pivot Tables, lookup formulas, conditional formatting, data validation, and charts.
- Knowledge of Power BI, dashboards, and basic data visualization will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure, or project-based organizations will be preferred.
- Ability to handle large datasets and prepare accurate reports independently.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain data accuracy.
