– MIS EXECUTIVE

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting business data. The candidate will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support management in decision-making, monitor operational performance, and ensure the accuracy of business information.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments, including Production, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch.

- Maintain Excel reports, dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries.

- Monitor daily production, sales, stock movement, wastage, and dispatch data.

- Verify data accuracy and ensure timely submission of reports to management.

- Develop automated reports using advanced Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other relevant tools.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify variances, and highlight discrepancies.

- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and management reviews.

- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate required information.

- Support management with data analysis, trend identification, and preparation of presentations.

- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data.

- Perform other MIS-related duties as assigned by management.

1. Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma in MIS (Management Information Systems)



is preferred.

- Graduate in BACHELOR'S

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data validation.

- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory software, or accounting software is preferred.

- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or dashboard automation will be an added advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reports simultaneously.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

1. Experience

- Experience: 1–3 years in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role.

- Freshers with strong Excel skills and analytical abilities may also apply.

- Accuracy and reliability of MIS reports.

- Timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Data reconciliation and reduction in reporting errors.

- Efficiency in report preparation and automation.

- Timely identification and reporting of operational discrepancies.

1. Working Requirements

- Ability to meet reporting deadlines.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment.

- Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
