We are seeking an experienced professional to lead critical identity and lifecycle management initiatives within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role focuses on orchestrating complex migration projects, specifically transitioning from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID, while ensuring seamless integration across enterprise applications. The successful candidate will serve as the central figure in driving operational readiness, managing stakeholder expectations, and guaranteeing the security and efficiency of Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks.
This position demands a strategic thinker capable of overseeing the full migration lifecycle, from initial planning and documentation through to post-migration hypercare support.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end migration strategy and execution for transitioning identity platforms from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID.
- Establish and enforce robust governance protocols for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing cycles to ensure system integrity.
- Conduct and facilitate Go/No-Go readiness assessments to validate project milestones and deployment criteria.
- Act as the primary liaison for coordinating efforts between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technical teams.
- Manage operational readiness activities and provide intensive hypercare support immediately following system go-live.
- Oversee the implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to align migration activities with service delivery standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting artifacts related to migration progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Drive enterprise application integration efforts to ensure compatibility and data consistency across all connected systems.

- Minimum of 10+ years of skilled experience in the IT Services domain, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Proven expertise in Enterprise Application Integration and managing large-scale technology migrations.
- Demonstrated ability to govern UAT processes and conduct critical readiness reviews for production deployments.
- Strong track record in coordinating with diverse stakeholders and managing vendor relationships effectively.
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and operational readiness methodologies.
- Specific hands-on experience with migration projects involving Okta and Microsoft Entra ID platforms.
- Exceptional skills in creating detailed migration documentation, reports, and strategic planning materials.
