About PURE Energy

PURE Energy makes all-in-one energy storage products for Indian homes and businesses under the PuREPower brand, and it runs the PURE EV electric vehicle business. Our day-to-day operations run on software we build ourselves. Four in-house platforms cover customer leads, dealer operations, finance and HR, and the MIS team keeps them running and improving.

About the role The MIS Assistant is a hands-on builder, not only a spreadsheet owner. You will work directly with the CEO and the MIS team to maintain and extend our in-house platforms. As you grow into the role, you will design and front-end new modules on your own, once the business requirements are clear.

Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions and Hosting), BigQuery, GCP, Hands-on JavaScript (Node.js or browser JavaScript) and Python, Claude Cowork and Claude Code are your everyday development partners, and the company provides that access.

This role suits someone who wants to build real business software within weeks or quicker, learn how a manufacturing operations and sales business runs from the inside, and take full ownership of what they ship.

What you will do

● Maintain and improve the four platforms: Fix bugs, take change requests from the CEO and department heads, and ship enhancements safely on Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions and Hosting).

● Build new modules end to end: Turn a business process into a working module, including its data model, access rules and front-end screens. The CEO or MIS lead signs off the scope and the design.

● Automate reports and data flows: Build dashboards and reports in BigQuery and Apps Script, and automate scheduled jobs, bank and accounting feeds, and webhooks such as lead capture and WhatsApp or email notifications.

● Use AI-assisted development with care: Use Claude Cowork and Claude Code to design, write, test and document code faster, and review every AI-generated change before it reaches a user.

● Protect data integrity: Run reconciliations and data-quality checks, such as comparing a screen against its source data, clean legacy records, and flag discrepancies before they reach reports.

● Support teams and document the work: Resolve day-to-day issues raised by sales, service, finance and HR, and keep runbooks, release notes and user guides current.

● Build and tune AI features: Help develop the voice agents (ElevenLabs),



LLM prompts (Claude, Gemini) and AI-assisted workflows that the business depends on.

What we are looking forMust have

● Zero to two years of experience in software development, MIS or another technical role, or a portfolio of projects you built and shipped yourself.

● A B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA or equivalent degree, or a strong self-taught portfolio that shows real builds.

● Hands-on JavaScript (Node.js or browser JavaScript) and/or Python, with the ability to read, write, debug and explain code.

● Front-end basics in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so that you can build screens for new modules on your own.

● Familiarity with a cloud database such as Firestore, plus REST APIs and webhooks.

● Working knowledge of Git and GitHub (branches, commits and pull requests), and basic SQL.

● Daily, practical use of AI tools such as Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT to build things, with transparent prompting and critical review of the output.

● Clear written and spoken English, and the ability to explain a technical problem to a non-technical colleague.

Must to have

● A deployed Firebase or Google Cloud project, or an automation that a real team uses every week.

● Experience with React or a similar front-end framework.

● Experience with BigQuery, Hands-on JavaScript (Node.js or browser JavaScript) and Python.

● Experience with voice or chat AI agents (for example ElevenLabs) or with the WhatsApp/META Business API.

● Exposure to real-time workflows of business operations.

You will work across all four platforms. Over time you should be able to explain how each one works,



where its data comes from, and how a change reaches the people who use it.

Platform

What it does today

PuREPower CRM

Captures leads from the website and AI voice calls, routes them to dealers or the in-house sales team, tracks follow-ups and conversions, and provides team, dealer and management dashboards. It runs on Firestore, with BigQuery for deep analysis and an ElevenLabs voice-agent dashboard.

PuREPower DMS (dealer management)

Runs dealer operations across about 46 modules: quotations, sales orders, spares, serial-number inventory, dispatch challans, logistics registers, pre-delivery inspection, site surveys, service tickets, installation and commissioning, dealer training and dealer statements.

PURE Energy FinOps

Finance operations: purchase and payment approvals, purchase order and goods receipt matching, bank reconciliation, the month-end close checklist, the nightly Tally accounting sync, import shipments, and dealer and vendor KYC.

PURE Energy HRMS

Employee master and HR records: department and location views, change requests with approval, and migration of legacy spreadsheet records into the system.

Working arrangements

● Location and hours: On-site at Kandi, Sangareddy, Telangana, on the standard schedule set by company policy. Extended hours during release and month-end peaks are part of the role and are compensated in line with company policy.

● Change control: Changes to production data, access permissions and billing go through the CEO or MIS lead, and new work is tested in a staging environment before it goes live.

● Confidentiality: Access to finance and HR data is granted on a need-to-know basis, and employee, customer and financial information stays confidential.

What success looks like

● By day 15: You can explain how all four platforms work, and you have shipped at least one fix or small improvement.

● By day 30: You have delivered a report or automation that the team uses every week.

● By day 45: You have built or front-ended one new module or major feature with limited supervision.
