Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant - Field Service

Location: PAN India

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Field Service, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support enterprise business processes and field service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service, and related modules.
- Develop Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, PCF Controls, and JavaScript customizations.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Dataverse solutions.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications using REST APIs, Azure Services, and middleware platforms.
- Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security models.
- Support Field Service scheduling, work orders, resource management, inspections, and mobility solutions.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment,



and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Required Skills
- 5-10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE.
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service module implementation and customization.
- Expertise in:
- C#
- .NET
- JavaScript
- Plugins & Custom Workflows
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Dataverse
- Experience with REST APIs, Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
- Knowledge of Field Service scheduling, Work Orders, Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO), and Mobile App.
- Experience with CRM security model, data migration, and deployment management.
- Robust troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Integration Services.
- Knowledge of PCF Controls and Custom APIs.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform Certifications.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
