Role Description This full-time, in office MICE Sales & Operation Executive role is based in Gurgaon. The role involves managing end-to-end MICE sales and operations, including responding to client inquiries, preparing proposals, and converting leads into confirmed projects. The executive coordinates with hotels, venues, transport providers, and other suppliers to design itineraries, negotiate pricing,



and finalize contracts.

Daily tasks include overseeing event execution, managing bookings, handling client communication and service issues, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales and operations records, tracking budgets, preparing reports, and supporting business growth through repeat and referral client relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, with experience in MICE or corporate travel preferred.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for managing clients and coordinating with suppliers.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for budgeting, costing, reporting, and evaluating event performance.
- Relevant experience in event management, hospitality, travel, or tourism, particularly in MICE, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
