Scale Media is a performance marketing company running paid traffic for the US market. We buy our own media with our own money. We build our own pre-landers, write our own creatives, and get paid only when a lead converts.

Our main focus is US finance lead generation: Debt Relief, Final Expense, HELOC and Life Insurance. We already scale campaigns daily and work directly with top US buyers and networks. Now we’re looking for a sharp media buyer to help us grow faster.

What You’ll Do

- Launch, manage and scale lead gen campaigns on Meta Ads and NewsBreak Ads for US finance offers
- Test current creatives, hooks and angles every day, then kill losers fast and scale winners
- Track CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROI daily, and make decisions from the numbers
- Work with our creative team on video and image ads and pre-landing pages
- Keep ads within platform and finance compliance rules
- Manage multiple ad accounts and budgets responsibly
- Share daily and weekly performance updates with the founders

What We’re Looking For





- 1 to 2+ years of hands-on media buying on Meta Ads (must have)
- Experience with NewsBreak, native ads or other US traffic sources (big plus)
- Experience in lead gen, affiliate marketing or performance marketing (finance, insurance or nutra is a strong plus)
- You understand funnels, landing pages and conversion tracking (pixels, UTMs, postbacks, tools like ClickMagick or RedTrack)
- You can show campaigns you’ve run and the results you got
- Comfortable working with US time zones when needed
- You own your numbers and enjoy testing
