Shree Balaji Nursing Home is seeking a highly competent, energetic, and proactive MD Medicine Specialist to lead and manage our ICU, HDU, and Critical Care Units. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment, an aggressive treatment strategy for critical patients, and proven leadership skills in handling complex medical emergencies.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification: MD in General Medicine or DNB in General Medicine (Mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ICU, HDU, and Critical Care Management.
Core Competencies: Management of critically ill patients, mechanical ventilation, invasive line placements, and cardiac/medical emergency response.
Preferred Additional Skill: Fellowship/Diploma in Clinical Cardiology (e.g., PGDC) or specialized experience in cardiac care will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete clinical management and aggressive treatment protocol implementation in ICU & HDU.
Emergency management of cardiac, respiratory, and multi-organ critical cases.
Supervising and guiding resident doctors, nursing staff, and critical care technicians.
Ensuring compliance with ethical medical standards and patient safety protocols.
