About the Role

We invite applications from passionate, committed, and academically robust educators to teach Mathematics across Classes 6–12 for the academic year 2026–27. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Interpretation, Probability, and quantitative problem-solving, along with experience in ICSE, IGCSE, IB, or ISC curricula.

The ideal candidate should be able to make mathematical concepts engaging, practical, and relevant to students' academic progression and competitive examination preparation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the ICSE and IGCSE curricula for Classes 6–12, as applicable to the assigned grades.
- Teach Mathematics with particular emphasis on Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Probability, and real-world mathematical applications.
- Develop students' analytical thinking, logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and problem-solving abilities.
- Explain statistical concepts, including data collection, data representation, measures of central tendency and dispersion, probability, correlation, and interpretation of data, as relevant to the prescribed curriculum.
- Connect mathematical concepts to practical situations, including financial mathematics, data analysis, and everyday problem-solving.
- Design engaging lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and practice materials for assigned classes.
- Evaluate assignments and assessments promptly and provide constructive feedback to support student progress.
- Monitor, assess, record, and report students' academic performance regularly.




- Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the learning needs of students with varying ability levels.
- Support Foundation Course students preparing for school examinations and competitive examinations.
- Communicate effectively with parents during Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and whenever required.
- Use digital tools and technology-enabled teaching resources to enhance classroom learning.
- Collaborate with the Lead Educator and academic team on curriculum planning, assessment, and other academic responsibilities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and academic excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related discipline is mandatory, subject to the institution's qualification requirements.
2. Subject Expertise: Solid knowledge of Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Probability, Data Analysis, and quantitative reasoning.
3. Teaching Experience: Prior teaching experience in Classes 6–12 is preferred, particularly in ICSE, IGCSE, IB, or ISC curricula.
4. Curriculum Knowledge: Ability to teach mathematical concepts across middle and senior grades and adapt instruction to the prescribed syllabus.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
6. Technology Skills: Comfortable using digital teaching tools, online assessment platforms, and educational technology.
7. Classroom Management: Strong presentation, student engagement, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
8. Location: Willingness to work at North Bengaluru.
9. Joining Availability: Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
10. Additional Qualification: B.Ed. is an added advantage.
