The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

- Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, and email marketing
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including budgeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
- Implement SEO strategies and keyword optimization

Social Media & Content

- Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and monitor content and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with design teams for creative development and landing pages

Branding & Communication





- Lead and support branding and rebranding initiatives across all business verticals
- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all channels
- Develop brand guidelines, positioning, and communication strategies
- Manage corporate branding, office branding, and marketing collaterals
- Support current business launches and brand rollouts

Public Relations & Stakeholder Management

- Handle PR activities, media outreach, and corporate communication
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams

Business Impact

- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition (especially for real estate projects)
- Generate reports and insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications or related field

2–5years of experience (agency / real estate preferred)

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign execution

Preferable from Advertisement Agency
