About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our business across Amazon and Flipkart, along with our growing presence across Quick Commerce platforms.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage marketplace growth, advertising, catalogue, inventory, promotions and day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on role, not an agency-coordination or reporting-only position.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and grow EarthRaga's business across Amazon & Flipkart.
- Personally manage and optimize Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads, including campaign creation, keyword research, search-term analysis, bids, budgets and optimization.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub on a day-to-day basis.
- Track and improve key metrics including Sales, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate and organic ranking.
- Manage product listings, catalogue health, variations, pricing, deals, coupons and marketplace promotions.
- Optimize titles, keywords, product content, images, A+ Content and Brand Store/Storefront to improve visibility and conversion.
- Own FBA and FBF operations, including inventory planning, replenishment, inbound stock, stock cover and ageing inventory.
- Prevent stock-outs while identifying and taking action on slow-moving inventory.
- Monitor returns, cancellations, account health, claims and other marketplace operational issues.
- Plan and execute major Amazon and Flipkart sale events and promotional calendars.
- Analyse performance at an SKU level and identify opportunities to scale hero products and improve weaker SKUs.
- Work closely with the creative team on marketplace-specific creatives and content.




- Coordinate directly with Amazon/Flipkart account managers and platform teams wherever required.
- Prepare concise weekly/monthly reports covering revenue, advertising performance, profitability, inventory and key actions.

Quick Commerce The Marketplace Manager will also support and grow EarthRaga's presence across Quick Commerce platforms, starting with Swiggy Instamart.

Responsibilities will include

- Stock availability and replenishment
- Platform/category-team coordination
- SKU-level sales and performance tracking
- Evaluating future opportunities across other Quick Commerce platforms

Prior experience with Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto or similar platforms is an advantage, but not mandatory.

What We're Looking For

- 4–6 years of hands-on marketplace experience, preferably in D2C, Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG or other consumer categories.
- Strong practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console.
- Hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub and Flipkart Ads.
- Proven experience managing meaningful marketplace advertising budgets and revenue.
- Strong understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR and marketplace profitability.
- Experience with FBA/FBF and inventory planning.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to identify problems independently and translate data into actions.
- Solid ownership and willingness to personally operate marketplace dashboards rather than relying entirely on agencies or junior teams.

This is a 100% Work From Office role in Gurugram, 6 days a week.
