About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, street-smart, and confident individuals to join us as Field Sales & Marketing Executives in Noida.

Your role will be to visit retail shops, restaurants, and other commercial establishments, speak directly with shop owners, explain what we’re building, and convince them to onboard their locations so we can install our cameras.

We’re looking for people who are comfortable approaching strangers, building relationships with business owners, and getting things done on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops, restaurants, and other commercial establishments across Noida and nearby Delhi NCR areas.
- Speak with shop owners and decision-makers to introduce our offering and explain its benefits.
- Convince businesses to onboard their locations for camera installation.
- Build trust with shopkeepers, address their questions, and handle objections effectively.
- Identify suitable locations and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain daily records of shops visited, people onboarded, and progress against targets.
- Coordinate with our team to ensure a smooth onboarding and installation process.

Daily Targets & Performance Incentives

We believe in rewarding people who deliver results.

- Minimum daily target: Onboard at least 6 retail shops, with approximately 2–3 eligible workers per shop.
- Minimum onboarding target: Approximately 25 people per day across successfully onboarded shops.
- High-performance target: Onboard approximately 40–45 eligible people per day at locations where cameras can be installed.
- Monthly performance bonus: Earn an additional ₹15,000 per month for achieving the defined high-performance targets, subject to the company's incentive criteria.





The goal is to onboard eligible shops and the people working at those locations so that cameras can be installed successfully. Who We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Hindi and comfortable communicating with local shopkeepers and business owners.
- Street-smart, persuasive, and confident when approaching new people.
- Good at building relationships and convincing people to try something new.
- Willing to travel throughout Noida and nearby Delhi NCR locations.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working towards daily targets.
- Prior experience in field sales, shop onboarding, merchant acquisition, or business development is highly preferred.
- A valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to work in the field are required.

Working Schedule
