Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Pune City.

The Marketing

Manager will plan and execute marketing strategies to promote RIIM Pune’s programs, brand, and events, both online and offline. Daily responsibilities include managing campaigns, coordinating with internal academic and admissions teams, overseeing content and collateral development, and engaging with external partners and agencies. The role involves analyzing market trends, tracking campaign performance, optimizing outreach activities, and supporting student recruitment initiatives.





The Marketing

Manager will also represent the institute at events, ensure consistent brand messaging, and contribute to long-term marketing planning.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in marketing management, preferably in education or related sectors.
- Strong skills in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Ability to create and review marketing content, including brochures, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with student recruitment, brand building, and event marketing is highly beneficial.
