We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, go-getting student or fresher with robust writing and communication skills and a creative eye, who learns fast and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

- Write sharp, engaging copy for LinkedIn posts, carousels, captions and founder content.
- Help manage company LinkedIn pages and leadership/founder profiles, and support leadership personal branding.
- Design creatives, posts and carousels using Canva and other content creation tools.
- Develop and execute content calendars and campaigns that tell a clear, compelling story.
- Support pitches, proposals and presentations with writing and ideas.
- Research industry trends, competitors and audiences to spot content opportunities.
- Use AI tools for research, ideation, drafting and execution, and add your own voice to the output.
- Create short-form videos and reels; support email, basic SEO and other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams on campaigns and brand initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

- A student or fresher with a portfolio of projects: content writing, design or social media work from college, personal or freelance projects.
- Hands-on with social media, such as managing LinkedIn or Instagram pages for your college, club or a personal project.
- Excellent writing and communication:



you can tell a story, write a sharp hook and explain ideas simply.
- A good design and creative eye, with working knowledge of Canva or similar tools.
- A high-energy, go-getter attitude: proactive, takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told.
- A quick learner: sharp, curious, adaptable and quick on the uptake.
- Working knowledge of AI tools.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, content marketing and SEO; basic video editing is a plus.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup culture.

What You Get A hands-on role with real ownership from day one, working closely with the marketing and leadership teams.

Performance-based conversion to a full-time role after 6 months.
