Role Description The Marketing Executive role at PeakLift is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Marketing

Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that promote PeakLift’s logistics services to both business and individual customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting in market planning, coordinating with the sales team on promotional activities, and helping create marketing materials and content for digital and offline channels. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports,



and contributing ideas to improve brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in local events or promotions may be required to strengthen PeakLift’s market presence.

Qualifications

- Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Sales and Communication skills to support business development, manage client interactions, and present marketing initiatives clearly.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and suggest actionable improvements.
- Proficiency in common digital marketing tools and basic knowledge of social media and online advertising platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; prior experience in logistics or service industries is an advantage.
