Nudge Asia is a 360° experiential agency creating brand experiences across events, activations, retail, digital and design. The Cocktail Story is our specialist alcobev vertical.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to build visibility for Nudge Asia and The Cocktail Story. You’ll turn our projects, expertise and agency culture into compelling content, manage our digital presence and support marketing initiatives that attract prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

Write captions, posts, campaign copy, newsletters and website content.

Work with designers and content creators to produce reels, carousels, project showcases and case studies.

Coordinate photography and video coverage of events, installations and activations.

Collect project details from internal teams and turn them into clear, engaging marketing stories.

Manage publishing, community engagement and responses to enquiries.

Research industry trends, competitors and relevant cultural moments.

Support partnerships,



PR opportunities, award submissions and agency campaigns.

Track content performance, audience growth, website traffic and inbound enquiries; recommend improvements.

Maintain an organised collection of project photographs, videos, testimonials and marketing assets.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media or content, preferably within an agency, events or lifestyle business.

Strong written English, storytelling skills and attention to detail.

A good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn, including platform-specific content.

Confidence coordinating with creative, client servicing and operations teams.

Basic proficiency in Canva, presentation tools and social media analytics.

The ability to manage multiple deadlines and take ownership of work.

Willingness to attend events and shoots when required.
