Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our jewellery showroom, increase customer footfall, generate sales leads, and support marketing activities to improve brand awareness and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing activities to increase showroom footfall and jewellery sales.
- Promote gold, silver, diamond jewellery, and savings schemes to potential customers.
- Identify new customer segments and explore local market opportunities.
- Coordinate with showroom teams to implement promotional campaigns and festive offers.
- Conduct local market visits, customer outreach, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads, follow up with customers, and support customer conversion.
- Coordinate with the branding and advertising teams for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.




- Track marketing performance, lead generation, customer footfall, and sales conversion.
- Achieve assigned marketing targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of retail marketing and customer relationship management.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Positive negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities, if required.
- Tamil communication is essential; knowledge of English is an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Any Degree or MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Experience in retail, jewellery, FMCG, or consumer sales marketing will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field marketing roles.

- Customer footfall generated through marketing activities.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Sales growth from marketing initiatives.
- Customer acquisition and retention.
- Achievement of assigned marketing targets.
- Timely submission of marketing reports.

Salary: As per experience and company norms. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
