Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Executive to help build and market the Kairos brand across digital and offline channels. The role will work closely with the leadership team to translate Kairos’ expertise in repeat sales, retention and customer growth into consistent content, campaigns and marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and generate business interest.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Execution

- Support the planning and execution of Kairos’ overall marketing and ensuring planned marketing initiatives are executed on time
- Ensure consistent communication of Kairos’ positioning, capabilities and point of view across channels
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across social media, LinkedIn, website, blogs, email, events and sales collaterals

Campaigns & Lead Generation Support
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and qualified business interest
- Support email outreach, newsletters, event communication and prospect-nurturing initiatives
- Work with Sales to create relevant pitch support, case studies, brochures and industry-specific collaterals
- Maintain databases and trackers for marketing-generated enquiries and campaign responses

Website, Collaterals & Brand Assets
- Coordinate updates to the Kairos website, case studies, brochures, presentations and marketing material
- Maintain an organised repository of approved brand assets, credentials, case studies and content
- Ensure all external communication follows Kairos’ brand and messaging guidelines




- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors wherever required

Performance Tracking & Improvement
- Track performance of content and marketing initiatives across channels
- Prepare periodic marketing performance updates covering reach, engagement, leads and other relevant metrics
- Identify content themes and channels that are performing well and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on relevant marketing, CRM, retention and AI trends that can strengthen Kairos’ marketing

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing or a similar role
- Robust understanding of social media, LinkedIn and content marketing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong coordination and project-management ability
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, presentations and digital marketing tools

Preferred Technical Attributes

- Experience in marketing B2B, consulting, SaaS, CRM or agency business
- Familiarity with Canva and AI-assisted marketing/content tools
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing and website management

Preferred Interpersonal Attributes
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working directly with leadership
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
