Job Summary The External Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating patient enquiries, promoting hospital services, developing patient relationships, and increasing patient footfall through field marketing, patient counselling, follow-ups, and local outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current patient enquiries through external marketing and field visits.
- Visit local areas, communities, clinics, and healthcare centres to promote hospital services.
- Inform patients and their attendants about hospital facilities, available departments, doctors, and diagnostic services.
- Follow up with potential patients through telephone calls and personal communication.
- Assist patients with OPD appointments, consultations, diagnostic tests, and admission-related coordination.
- Identify potential patients and encourage them to visit the hospital for appropriate medical consultation.
- Conduct health awareness campaigns and coordinate medical camps to increase patient awareness.
- Maintain regular contact with existing patients for appointment reminders and feedback, subject to hospital policy and patient consent.




- Maintain daily records of patient enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the OPD, IPD, front office, billing, and other departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Handle patient queries professionally and forward medical questions to qualified healthcare professionals.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for patient enquiries, appointments, and marketing activities.
- Submit daily field visit reports and monthly performance reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies and ethical marketing practices.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher or Experience in hospital marketing, patient relations, healthcare sales, or field marketing preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
