About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with architects, interior designers, and potential customers to build business relationships, generate new opportunities, and convert marketing leads into potential clients.

This role involves handling inbound leads generated through Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), making outbound calls, following up with prospects, and developing collaboration opportunities with architects and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect & Interior Designer Outreach: Call architects, interior designers, and design firms to introduce our products/services and explore potential business collaborations.
- Lead Management: Contact and follow up with leads generated through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Lead Qualification: Understand customer requirements, identify genuine prospects, and schedule meetings or consultations for the sales team.
- Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain regular communication with prospective clients and nurture long-term professional relationships.
- Collaboration Development: Identify potential architects and interior designers for partnerships, referrals, and recurring business opportunities.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups,



and client interactions in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Work towards daily calling targets, lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and monthly business development goals.
- Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion and business growth.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and speaking with architects, interior designers, and prospective customers.
- Good follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and CRM tools.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or business development will be an advantage.
