About the RoleWe are looking for a curious, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to work directly with our Founder & CEO and contribute to all marketing activities at Aphelia Innovations.

As part of a lean team, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of marketing, from website content and SEO to LinkedIn marketing, brand building, and automated outreach. You will learn the fundamentals of each function through hands-on projects, direct mentorship from the Founder, and regular feedback. We are open to hiring freshers who demonstrate strong fundamentals, clear communication, logical thinking, and a genuine willingness to learn.

Prior professional marketing experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Website Content &

• SEO: Create SEO-optimized service pages and blogs using AI tools such as Claude, conduct keyword research, and improve website content.
- Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO): Help optimise content for discoverability across AI-powered search and answer platforms.
- Directory Listings: Identify relevant business directories and maintain accurate, optimized company profiles.
- PR &

- Articles: Research publishing opportunities and assist with PR content, contributed articles, and thought leadership.
- Reviews &
- Testimonials: Coordinate the collection of client reviews, feedback, and testimonials.
- Case Studies:



Convert client projects into compelling case studies and publish them on the website and social media.
- LinkedIn Marketing: Research topics, write posts, and repurpose company content to strengthen Aphelia's online presence.
- Company Deck &
- Collateral: Improve the company presentation, service descriptions, project credentials, and other marketing materials.
- Marketing Automation &
- Outreach: Help build targeted prospect lists, set up automated outreach campaigns, personalize messaging, and track campaign performance.
- Research &
- Analysis: Research competitors, industry trends, target audiences, and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For
