Role Description The Marketing and Admin Officer at IELC Koramangala is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative operations, including managing records, supporting admissions processes, handling correspondence, and maintaining office systems. The Officer will support marketing activities such as coordinating events, assisting with outreach campaigns, updating school communication channels, and supporting parent engagement initiatives.

Daily tasks also include responding to inquiries from parents and visitors, providing courteous customer service, and ensuring smooth front-office operations. The role involves close collaboration with academic and administrative teams to uphold the school’s standards of excellence and provide a welcoming, organized environment for families and staff.

Pre-requisites:

- Prior experience in an educational or service-oriented setting is preferred.
- Bachelor & Master’s degree in administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Admissions & Marketing:
- Drive student admissions to achieve established enrollment targets.
- Manage parent inquiries, campus tours, and the end-to-end admission conversion pipeline.
- Execute local marketing initiatives and outreach activities to enhance center visibility.

Vendor & Facility Management:

- Oversee third-party service providers and vendors, ensuring service level agreements and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate regular maintenance activities, facility upkeep, and safety protocols across the center.
- Administrative Operations:
- Manage day-to-day administrative workflows to ensure smooth functioning of the center.
- Support general documentation, inventory tracking, and inter-departmental coordination.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in driving student admissions and handling marketing initiatives.
