Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for Managing Partners / Senior Partners UHNI. The role involves leading and growing the UHNI client portfolio, overseeing client relationship management, and serving as a trusted advisor on accounting, tax, and wealth structuring matters.

Daily responsibilities include meeting with UHNI clients, understanding their financial objectives, reviewing complex financial and tax reports, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality advisory services.

The position requires driving business development efforts, mentoring junior staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to strategic planning and firm expansion in the UHNI segment. Managing Partners / Senior Partners UHNI are expected to represent the firm in key external forums and maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality.

- Strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial advisory for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.




- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, portfolio oversight, and strategic account development.
- Proven leadership abilities, including team management, mentoring, and performance oversight.
- Experience in business development, networking, and building long-term professional partnerships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail in complex financial matters.
- Clear and qualified communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients in accessible terms.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements relevant to accounting and wealth advisory in India.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in a senior leadership role within an accounting, financial services, or wealth management firm.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, client confidentiality, and maintaining long-term trust-based relationships.
