– Management Trainee (NBFC Research & Documentation Support)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Management Trainee to research Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and support financing partnerships. The role involves identifying suitable lenders, understanding their finance products, and helping customers and internal teams prepare and submit required documents.

Key Responsibilities

Research NBFCs offering solar, electric vehicle, equipment and business financing.

Compare eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, processing fees and documentation requirements.

Identify suitable financing partners and maintain an updated lender database.

Assist in preparing partnership proposals, applications and company profiles.

Help customers collect and organise KYC, income, bank, property and other documents required by the lender.

Check applications for completeness and flag missing or inconsistent information.

Coordinate with NBFC representatives, customers,



sales teams and accounts teams.

Follow up on applications, lender queries, approvals and disbursements.

Maintain application trackers and prepare regular progress reports.

Handle customer and company information confidentially.

Qualification & Skills

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.

Freshers or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience may apply.

Positive research, communication and documentation skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email and online applications.

Basic understanding of loans, KYC and financial statements.

English, Hindi and Odia communication skills preferred.

Performance Expectations

Accurate research, complete documentation, timely follow-ups, updated records and effective support to customers and internal teams.

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Management

Salary: As per company policy and candidate suitability.
