As the Manager WFM at Digitide Solutions Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our BPM | WFM department. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement effective workforce management plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization and achieving operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable WFM strategies.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of WFM analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict workforce requirements and optimize scheduling.
- Implement robust workforce management systems and processes, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflow.
- Analyze historical and real-time data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into WFM strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in workforce management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of WFM initiatives.

Qualifications
