Key Roles & Responsibilities Social & Performance Media Manager

- Own end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, X, Snapchat and Programmatic DSPs with a focus on CPL/CAC efficiency and ROAS.
- Drive social-first full-funnel frameworks: awareness → engagement → consideration → conversion → retention.
- Lead experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, audiences, placement, bidding, and landing pages.
- Manage budget pacing, forecasting, and cross-channel allocation using marginal CAC and incrementality insights.
- Oversee measurement infrastructure: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, server-side tagging, offline conversions, and UTM governance. Brand & Integrated Campaigns
- Build social-led brand lift campaigns leveraging YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat and Programmatic high-impact formats.
- Partner with creative teams/agencies to develop BFSI-compliant messaging frameworks for cards, accounts, loans, investments, and insurance.
- Use Brand Lift studies, MMM/MTA, and brand health metrics to optimize cross-channel strategy.

Analytics & CRO

- Build dashboards (Looker Studio/Power BI) tracking CPL, CAC, CVR, ROAS, LTV, approval/disbursal metrics, and platform-to-CRM funnel health.
- Partner with Product/UX for landing page optimization, app listing improvements (ASO), and funnel drop-off reduction.
- Conduct cohort and incrementality testing (geo-split/PSA tests). Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Manage agencies, DSPs, and ad-tech partners with clear SLAs and measurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, IT, Legal, and CX to align goals and remove bottlenecks. Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

5-8 years of experience in digital marketing with deep expertise in performance advertising, social media strategy, and solid understanding of BFSI products and customer behaviour.
