- This job pertains to do FEA analysis of Tire structures which is very essential for new product development and bring improvement in existing products.

Schedule A

- To discuss with design team about the requirement of simulation
- Understand objectives and expected outcome
- Discuss with Manager and work upon strategy to do simulation
- Perform FEA analysis as per plan and deliver on time
- Prepare detailed FEA reports and participate in team discussion
- Understand next level design iterations from team and set work plan
- Ensure FEA data management and documentation

- Perform accurate FEA simulation as per established standard procedures
- Develop detail understanding of FEA
- Correlation of FEA outcome with the physical tests
- Development of advanced methods in simulation
- Meet project deadlines and support on time product development

Competencies

Behavioral Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Rubber Technology

ME/M.Tech preferred

- Good understanding of Basics of Mechanical Engineering, Material data, Analytical Calculation.

- Robust problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Hand-on experience in FEA software. Should have worked on Non-linear and dynamic analysis

Functional

- Abaqus, Nastran, Hypermesh
- Abaqus scripts
- Programming in Python
- MS Excel and
- MS Power point
- Around 05-08 Years in FEA tire industry
