Build a Profitable EV Business Through Revenue Sharing
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and business-minded Business Associate / Operations Partner to manage and grow our Electric Scooter and E-Rickshaw showroom in Morinda, Punjab.
The objective is to transform the existing venture into a profitable business by strengthening daily operations, increasing sales, developing after-sales services and expanding into untapped markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and business activities.
- Drive sales of electric scooters, e-rickshaws and related products.
- Develop and manage servicing, repairs and spare parts operations.
- Build a strong customer base and generate repeat business.
- Develop local dealer networks, institutional sales and corporate tie-ups.
- Manage inventory, customer relationships and service quality.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into surrounding markets.
- Take ownership of business performance, profitability and growth.
Who Should Apply?
- Candidates with approximately 3–10 years of relevant experience in EV dealerships, automobile sales, service centres or showroom management.
- Strong sales, customer-handling and operational management skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a business.
- Experience in electric vehicles, two-wheelers, three-wheelers or automobile spare parts will be preferred.
Commercial Arrangement – Revenue Sharing
- This is a performance-based business association, not a salaried job.
- No fixed salary or conventional monthly pay package.
- Earnings will be linked to mutually agreed revenue/profit-sharing terms.
- Opportunity to take responsibility for business growth and participate in future expansion projects.

Location: Morinda, Punjab, near the Chandigarh–Ludhiana National Highway. The Ideal Candidate: Someone who wants to build a business, take ownership, generate revenue and grow with the venture rather than work for a fixed monthly salary.
