Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO), an integrated energy conglomerate, is a Joint Venture between Pakistan and Emirate of Abu Dhabi. PARCO owns and operates Pakistan’s most modern refinery, over 2,000 kms of pipeline network, strategic storage facilities and marketing operations. PARCO is looking for a motivated professional to join its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team and contribute to initiatives that create meaningful and sustainable impact across communities.

The role will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution and monitoring of CSR projects, while working closely with internal teams, community stakeholders, NGOs and partner organizations to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and in line with PARCO’s CSR framework.

Education:

Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university, preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Sustainability, or a related discipline.

Experience:

Up to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), community development, social impact, sustainability, or project management. Experience in managing CSR projects, stakeholder coordination, community engagement, and working with NGOs or partner organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan,



coordinate and execute assigned CSR projects from initiation through completion.
- Conduct community visits, surveys and needs assessments to identify areas of intervention.
- Develop project proposals, feasibility reports, implementation plans and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress, milestones and impact to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for procurement, payments and execution of CSR initiatives.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with NGOs, partner institutions and local communities.
- Support CSR initiatives across key areas including health, education, community development and women empowerment.
- Maintain appropriate project documentation, reporting and impact tracking.
- Contribute towards strengthening PARCO’s position as a responsible and socially conscious corporate citizen.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners
- Good understanding of social and environmental issues, particularly health, education and women empowerment
- Strong planning, coordination and project-management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
