Role Description The Management Information System (MIS) Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Hosur. The role involves collecting, validating, and organizing operational and logistics data from various internal systems and teams. The MIS Executive will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards to support management decisions, monitor KPIs, and track fleet performance and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining and updating information systems databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and coordinating with operations, finance,



and customer service teams to resolve data discrepancies. The role also requires preparing analytical summaries and presentations, supporting process improvements through data insights, and ensuring timely circulation of reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to work confidently with IT-enabled logistics platforms and databases.
- Solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting, including generating structured reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, clarifying data requirements, and presenting findings clearly to management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, BI tools); comfort with large datasets and data validation techniques.
- Relevant educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
- Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
